Our synagogue building is over one hundred years old and is on the National
Historical Registry. Our rabbi conducts services, advises us and assists us in life cycle events. Our cantor loves
to sing and we love to listen to her beautiful voice. We help each other; we offer solace when needed, we give congratulations
for happy events, and we support each other during overwhelming times.
The congregation consists of people who are committed to promoting Jewish
ideals and beliefs, who think for themselves, and who love to exchange ideas. Disagreement, dissent, and genuine compromise
are welcomed. We are committed to the ideals of meaningful prayer, relevant study, and helping the community. We
have come to know each other well.
We are, above all, a place of comfort and belonging. We are welcoming
and inclusive and are looking for people who yearn to belong to a warm and caring group.
We invite you to become a part of the church today and a piece of its history
tomorrow.
